Jo-Ann Chadwick

HUDSON FALLS – Jo-Ann Chadwick, 76, of Hudson Falls passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Fort Hudson Health Care Facility in Fort Edward.

Born on October 7, 1942 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Ada (Lonogdue) Chadwick.

Jo-Ann grew up Baptist and loved bible studies. She also loved animals, especially dolphins.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Patricia Gage; her brothers, Gary Chadwick, Stephen Chadwick and Thomas Tyminski.

Survivors include her daughter, Katrina Whorf and her significant other, Dale Cook of Glens Falls; her ex son-in-law, Elliott Fuller, Jr.; grandsons, Elliott and Matthew Fuller; 4 beautiful great-grandchildren, Landen Fuller, Anreas Fuller, Gabriella Fuller and Maryella Fuller; her sisters, Rosemary Sanders-Fuller and her husband, Albert Fuller of Hudson Falls and Betty Lou Graves and her husband, George of Glens Falls; her brothers, Gerald Brian Chadwick of Fenimore and Joseph Tyminski of Hudson Falls; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by a special friend, Randy Stone of Hudson Falls.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the Carleton Funeral Home, 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019 at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Yancy, officiating.

Burial will follow at Moss Street Cemetery in the town of Kingsbury.
