Cie was a rare, loving, and caring women who I’m proud to say loved many and loved life. I and many others lost a special person who really cared about you and always asked, can I help?
Her love and commitment to her loving family was unquestionable. Their love for her was also unquestionable. She will be remembered very fondly by those fortunate enough to know her. She is and will be missed so much. Thank you Cie, thank you.
