Henry B. Hall

HUDSON FALLS – Henry B. Hall, 85, of Hudson Falls, passed away in his sleep with family by his side on Friday, October 26, 2018, at his home.

Born on April 24, 1933, In Ticonderoga, he was the son of the late Albert and Mabel (Putnam) Hall.

Henry served with United States Army during the Korean War.

Henry loved his family and friends, was always in the woods in younger years, always working with hands either logging, repairing houses and vehicles, pretty much anything he could get his hands on. Enjoyed riding his Indian motorcycle. Would always bend your ear about stories of years past including military days and just overall life.

In addition to his beloved wife, Marijane (Goldsmith) Hall, he was pedeceased by his sisters Sara Holbert, Martha Woodard, Margret Wells, Elizabeth Holbert, Gloria “June” Hall, Mary Blanchette, and brother James “jimmy” Hall.

Survivors include his sister Sally Porter, brother Bruce Hall, his children Sally Stephens and her husband, Michael of North Carolina, Henry B. Hall, Jr. and his wife, Reena of Hudson Falls, Angela Mattison and her husband, Jamie of Fort Edward; his grandchildren, Barry Vachula and Alissa Vachula, Vladimir Nikolai Booska and Isis Marie Hall, Jade Lauralie Mattison; his great grandson, Gabe Bullins.

He was a great man that would do anything for anyone and will be missed for years to come….

There are no calling hours.

Burial will take place at a later date in Ticonderoga.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.

    Maryjane and family,So Sorry to hear of Henry’s passing as he will be greatly missed.I always enjoyed talking to him every time that I would run into him around town walking.RIP Henry .It was a pleasure to call you my friend.Keep things in order up in heaven till I get there.You will be the man in charge.
