FORT EDWARD – Brett Michael Diaz , 3 months old, of Fort Edward, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2013, at Albany Medical Center.
Born on May 15, 2013, in Glens Falls, he was the infant son of Alexandria Diaz.
Brett was a happy little boy and also was a little cuddle bug. He will be greatly missed and remembered always.
He was predeceased by his aunt, April Diaz, and his great grandmother, Lillian DeFoe.
Survivors include his mother, Alexandria Diaz of Fort Edward; his brothers, Kiaunte Diaz and Matthew Diaz; his grandparents, Darlene and Joseph Drew of Gansevoort; his uncle, Tony Diaz of Hudson Falls; his aunts, Michelle Defoe of Fort Edward, Stephanie DeFoe of Fort Edward, Christina Crawford of Gansevoort, Angela Diaz of Corom; and a close family friend, Dalan Trombley of Fort Edward.
Friends may call on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 6 to 8p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
Brett’s family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Warren Washington Child Advocacy Center, PO Box 659, 24 Dix Ave., Glens Falls, NY 12801.
