SOUTH GLENS FALLS – Grace A. Kenneally, 70, of Astoria Ave, South Glens Falls, passed away surrounded by her family and friends, on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Glens Falls Hospital, after a long illness.

Born March 4, 1943, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the Late Raymond and Helen (Bombard) Fenton.

Grace attended Hudson Falls High School.

On August 28, 1960, she married Richard Kenneally at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Hudson Falls.

She attended St. Michael the Archangel Church in South Glens Falls, enjoyed bowling, travel, playing the slots and especially time spent with her family.

Besides her parents, Grace is predeceased by her brother, Richard Fenton.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Richard Kenneally of South Glens Falls; her children, Colleen Ross of South Glens Falls, Dan Kenneally of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Mark Ross, Jr. of Hudson Falls and Jake and Chad Kenneally of Virginia Beach, Val; her sister, Daunne Saunders of Hudson Falls;  and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends may call Sunday, December 15, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Carleton Funeral Home, Inc, 68 Main St. in Hudson Falls.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 16, 9:30 a.m., at the funeral home, with Reverend Thomas Babiuch, officiating.

The Rite of Committal will follow at Union Cemetery in the town of Fort Edward.

In memory of Grace, donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
