KINGSBURY – Florence D. Youngs, 60, of Town Line Road, went into the arms of the Lord on Monday, March 11, 2019.
Born on September 29, 1958, in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Laura Youngs.
For several years, she was a nurse’s aide at Senior Solutions in Saratoga Springs, a job that she enjoyed very much.
The center of her life were her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them, corrupting them, and cheering them on to be the best they could be.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Theresa Vooris.
Florence is survived by her children, Damien Andress of Saratoga Springs, Fawn Whitman of Hoosick Falls, Andrew Whitman of Saratoga Springs and Johanna Whitman of Saratoga Springs; 16 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; her siblings, William Vooris and his wife, Janice of Rensselear, Richard Harwood of Rensselear and Chasity Mayr of Rensselear; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
At Florence’s request there will be no services.
