My thoughts and prayers go out to the White family. Bill was a special person that won’t ever be duplicated. His work ethic, and his genuine concern for those in need is what I remember. He was very proud of his Fort Ann Cardinals no matter the sport. His service to his brothers and sisters behind the “Wall” will always be appreciated. You’ll be missed. 16. Brian Brooks Sr. says:

Bill was a very well respected member of the correction family, by fellow officers, civilian staff and the administration.

He was an example of common sense and logical thought in a setting fraught with human frailties.

As a union leader, he was a great example for the membership to follow.

I am only sorry that I won’t be able to attend his wake or funeral.

My condolences to Pam and his family.
