I’m deeply saddened to know Annette’s family, friends and the world have lost such a wonderful kind soul. I met Annette 14 years ago in GA, when I was visiting from Australia and loved her instantly. Her wit was infectious, her country music was always on, she loved walking every day and was a true friend no one can replace. Rest in peace my darling friend, we’l meet again … with love always your Manda moo.

Love and memories to the Lacarte families. She fought a great battle. We will always remember her as the little fiesty Lacarte we met as a 5 year old little girl. We won’t be able to attend memorial services on Tuesday as we are out of town. But know she will be in our hearts and prayers that day.

I find every song reminds me of you. My quiet moments slip to thoughts and memories of you. I find tears in my eyes because I no longer can make memories with you. You’ve touched my heart and my soul. You’ve proved that you don’t need to be with someone physically to truly love someone. I am honoured and proud to have you in my life. I am broken hearted to have lost you. You’re my American Angel of love and beauty. I love you Net… Your Irish Angel xxx

    My Dearest Annette,

May the Lord bless you and keep you safe…you are now with your parents. I will always remember how you lived, laughed and loved with a passion. I will treasure the memories we had growing up at my house together–from waiting on your front porch for the school bus, calling the radio station on Saturday nights requesting songs to be played and squealing and laughing when we heard our names on the radio, to riding our bikes daily over the summer to go swimming at the Community Pool, making funny phone calls when my parents weren’t home, walking down the Boulevard to Marva’s house to babysit, and of course we had our high school graduation together. There will always be a special place in my heart for you…Rest my sweet angel, you are now home…

    Love,
    Helen

      MY PRAYER TO ANNETTE

My dear sweet heavenly father I come to you today,
with faith and hope I ask, send an angel Annettes way.
I know her time is near and soon you’ll take her home,
to stroll across the streets of gold where other angels roam.
It’s hard to watch her suffer and slowly fade away,
help me God to understand, give me strength I pray.
She means so much to all of us, forgive me for my fears,
life will never be the same without her presence here.
Annette is my angel, she taught me how to love,
and told me about you lord and heaven up above.
When she crosses over and steps into the light,
tell her that I love her and when the time is right.
Meet me at the pearly gates where every thing’s brand new,
we’ll walk across God’s meadow lands where skies are always blue.
Somewhere beyond the sunset every now and then,
I pray she watches over me until we meet again.
      AMEN
