hilaliFORT EDWARD – Janan Elisabeth Hilali, 57, passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2016, in Fort Edward.

Janan lived with enthusiasm, creativity, and a generous spirit. Though she struggled with addiction and recovery, her love for her family and friends was constant.

She is predeceased by her sister, Stacey Cutler-Ryther, and her spouse, Robert Martin.

She is survived by her daughter, Madison Elisabeth Hilali; her step-son, Eric Martin; her parents, Gregory and Cynthia Cutler of Hudson Falls; brothers and sisters, Holly Harrison, Timothy Campbell, Patrick Campbell, James Cutler, Sarah Franklin, and their families; and many other loved ones.

Friends may call at The Quarry House, 138 Upper Platt Street, Glens Falls from 6:00 to 8:00 on Friday to celebrate Janan’s life.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday at 10:00 at Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. located at 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.

    We are so shocked and sorry to read of the passing of Janan Elizabeth. She was always so filled with joy and had a smile on her face everytime we saw her. We will miss her very much. We pray that her family will find comfort in their time of great loss and sorrow.
