Elliana Elena Millington, “Our Warrior Princess” is now Forever Perfect.

On March 25th, 2019 at 12:52 p.m., we welcomed the most precious gift into the world, weighing 5 pounds 5 ounces. On March 28th, 2019 at 12:52 a.m., Jesus welcomed our sweet Elliana Elena into his loving arms for all of eternity.

Elliana Elena was diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta also known as Brittle Bone Disease. Doctors expected her to live for only a few hours at most. But by the grace of God and the strength of Elliana, we were blessed with exactly 2 ½ days that were filled with love, happiness and an abundance of kisses.

Our sweet angel touched so many lives in such a short amount of time. Elliana Elena joins her maternal grandparents John and Gracie (Mosher) Lylyk Sr.; her big brother Noah J. Millington; her uncle Matthew “Mattman” Lylyk; her maternal great-grandparents Gregore and Mary Lylyk, Wesley and Gracie Mosher; her paternal great grandfather’s Ernest Millington Sr. and Ralph Ross Sr., in Heaven.

Nolen and Jessica (Lylyk) Millington are blessed and forever grateful to be Elliana’s daddy and mommy. Elliana Elena is survived by her big sister and forever best friend, Adelia Grace Millington; her paternal grandparents Ernest and Laura (Ross) Millington Jr. (Da and Nani), and “gramma” Jessica Wescott; her aunt, Marion Millington (Aunty Mae Mae) and Kaitlyn Semyone; her uncles, Nathan, Chucky (John), Patrick and Anthony Millington, Gregory, John, Jason and Joshua Lylyk and Michael Brown; her paternal great-grandmother’s, Ellen Millington and Marva Ross; and “great-grandmother”, Margaret Slingerland; and many cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. prior to the service at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 5th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home, Pastor John Pelkey will be officiating.

We truly believe God used our sweet Elliana Elena to draw us closer to Him.

Your eyes saw me when I was inside the womb. All the days ordained for me were recorded in your scroll before one of them came into existence.”⁣ Psalms 139:14-16.

Shaun L. Millington

SOUTH GLENS FALLS – Shaun L. Millington, 31, of South Glens Falls, and currently of Fort Ann, went into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at his home.

Born on June 11, 1987 in Glens Falls, he was the son of Rian and Tammy (Hermance) Millington.

Shaun attended Glens Falls High School.

Shaun worked summers at the Georgian Lakeside Resort in Lake George

He enjoyed his coffee and loved his two dogs, Bengie and Bella. He also loved to work on cars, and other interests include hunting and fishing. Shaun enjoyed watching street outlaws and going to car shows. He was a night owl, could sleep all day and be up all night. He enjoyed helping people work on their cars; he would do anything for anyone, you didn’t even have to ask.

Shaun was predeceased by his grandparents, Theresa and Harold Hermance, and, Eleanor and Roger Millington; uncles, Randy Millington, Roger Millington, Ronald Millington and Richard Millington; aunt, Dianna Hermance; his niece, Journee Millington; and cousin Robin Millington, Jr.

Survivors include his parents Rian, Sr. and Tammy Millington of Fort Ann; siblings, Rian Millington, Jr. and his companion Mercedes Grant, of Glens Falls and Tabitha Millington and her companion Lawrence Berg of South Glens Falls; aunts and uncles, Rusty Millington and wife Corrina, of Queensbury, Robin Millington and wife Penny, of Queensbury, Penny Carmel, of South Glens Falls, Ricky Millington of Florida and Patricia Carter of North Carolina.

Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
