HUDSON FALLS – Denise Pacher, 54, of Hudson Falls, went into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born July 11, 1965, in Newburgh, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Diane McCarthy.
Denise was a hard worker, she worked for Glens Falls Center for 20 years as a dietary aid. She was a caring mother of two and also a grandmother of two. She loved spending time with her family and four cats. Denise enjoyed going tanning and having cookouts with friends and family. She loved doing puzzles and watching holiday movies. Denise was selfless and generous. She would give the shirt off her back or her last penny to help someone in need. She was strong-willed and stubborn until the very end, always speaking her mind. Everyone who met Denise loved her, which is why she had many friends and extended family.
Denise’s family would like to thank Glens Falls Hospital C.R. Wood Cancer Center and the staff of T2, especially PCA, Jeanette, who went above and beyond.
Survivors include her daughter, Courtney Celeste and her boyfriend, John Decker, Jr. and Brittney Celeste; her grandchildren, Shania Decker and Johnathan Decker, III.
