I’ll never forget you josh. Those eyes of yours, you could get lost in em. You were there for me thru some of the hardest times. Maple street memories are some of my favorite. 17 years I loved my kitty I got from your family. You’re friendship meant so much to me. Until we meet again you’ll live forever in the memories of all of us who love you so much.

Josh…reading this today, I didn’t believe it. I’ve known you since 2015, when you lived upstairs from my Granny & I in SGF. You’ve overcome so many obstacles throughout your life, that a part of me thought nothing would ever kill you!
I guess when it’s your time, it’s just your time….fly high & be easy, wherever you may end up. You were a good man. I’ll never forget the kindness you showed me over the years. RIP

Crystal, my heart is absolutely broken for you. Losing a sibling is beyond tough, as I learned when I lost my sister. Whenever I ran into your brother around town, he was always nice, had a big smile and those blue eyes were always twinkling. He will be missed; and your family is in my prayers. “Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4

I dropped social media months ago and live a good distance away so I’m just hearing this news today. Though we haven’t been close in years, 25+ years is still a long time. We were very close as kids and young adults until I joined the Army and moved away. You will not be forgotten buddy.. rest in peace. I will be thinking of you from time to time.. Crystal, I’ve left my email on here and the funeral home should have it if you want to reach out. My condolences and prayers to your whole family..

  17. Margaret hoey says:

Josh you were such an instrumental part of my younger years rolling around calling ourselves the spring street crew. We thought we were untouchable and the thought that someday our youth would come to an end was the furthest thing from our minds.you helped me through so much growing up my abusive stepfather losing Jeremy gadway even though we fell out of touch over the years my thoughts often wandered to the times we all spent together and how that time in my life impacted who i turned out to be…all of us in that group had our demons although they came in many forms. I myself had to cut myself off to the world in order to keep my sanity and am very sad that because of that I’m just finding out about this…I can’t imagine how your mom and Crystal must feel. I really do wish that I could see that smile one more time or those beautiful eyes that could light up a room and show the kind spirt behind that big teddy bear frame.
