HUDSON FALLS – Brian T. Flagg, 58, passed away peacefully on, Monday, April 14, 2025, following a short illness.
Born August 25, 1966, in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Janice A. (Colvin) Flagg.
For many years, Brian worked in the construction industry and loved what he did. His last ten years in construction were with Valente Builders, Inc. in Hudson Falls.
Brian was an avid hunter. He also loved fishing at Lock 9 in Smith Basin. Brian had a green thumb, and he took great pride in growing his plants as tall as Christmas trees. He loved his family deary. His favorite saying, “Say it Ain’t So” will never be forgotten by those who loved him.
In addition to his mom, Janice, Brian is predeceased by Edward Hunt, the man he was proud to call his dad.
Survivors include his brothers, Michael Hunt and his wife, Jackie of Hudson Falls, Donald Hunt of Florida, and his sister, Robin Schenk and her husband, Anthony of Hudson Falls; his nieces and nephews, Michael Hunt, Jr., Taylor Hunt, Maya Hunt, Virginia Jakeway and Amber Fish and her husband, Thomas; his great nieces and great nephew, Sky Hayes, Lailah Fish and Mason Norton. Brian is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and his best friends, Wayne Duval and Shawn Pelkey.
Friends may call on Brians family on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 11 am to 1pm at Carleton Funeral Home located at 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
A memorial service will begin at 1 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the funeral home.
A graveside service will follow the memorial service at Union Cemetery in the Town of Fort Edward.
