LYNDONVILLE, VT – Zechariah John Conklin and Abel Rae Conklin, twin infant sons of James Michael Conklin and Lisa Marie Leibold of Lyndonville, Vermont, passed away at birth on April 3, 2016, at the Glens Falls Hospital.
In addition to their parents, they are survived by two big brothers, Anthony and Ryan Conklin; their maternal grandparents, Claudia Kay and her husband, Michael of Altone, NH and Philip Leibold of Plainfield, VT; their paternal grandparents, Debra Conklin and Albert Thaxton, both of Hudson Falls; their aunts and uncles, John and Cody Leibold, Christopher and Christine Leibold, Annie and Jerry Thaxton Colombe, Nicole Thaxton and Gerald Taylor; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services will be 4 p.m. on Friday, at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
