QUEENSBURY – Shirley A. Winchell, 88, of Queensbury, passed away Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, at Glens Falls Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, at Glens Falls Cemetery, Bay Street in Glens Falls.
