I have been a lifelong friend of Kathy, and I never shared with her how grateful I was for her Dad. As her college roommate, he was the one who made sure that I was fed and cared for as well as his own daughter. This is a man who loved his children deeply and devotedly.
All his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren are very lucky to carry his love in their hearts.

So very sorry to Julie, Shannon and Missy for your loss and all of Boomers family. All I can think of , tho, is how much he made me laugh as in one of the first times I saw him and said “I have to wash my hands”…his reply? “did ya bring your own water?” OMG complete laughter….
