Campbell1Campbell2HUDSON FALLS- Patricia Ann (Fountaine) Campbell 79,of Hudson Falls, died peacefully surrounded by her family on 8/12 /15 at The Pines Nursing Home after a long illness.

Born in Whitehall on July 28, 1936, she was daughter of the late Adelord and Marion Fountaine.

Patricia graduated from Hudson Falls High School in 1954.

She was a communicant of St.Mary’s/St. Paul’s Church of Hudson Fall and enjoyed many activities in her life including being an avid bowler, baking, music, singing, dancing, crocheting and writing novellas on her typewriter. Pat worked at several local nursing homes.

She is predeceased by her parents, her sister Sandy Lewis, her daughter Cathy-Lyn and a sister-in-law Alice Fountaine.

Patricia is survived by her children, Valerie Campbell (Loren) Sullivan of South Glens Falls. Stephen Campbell of Freeville, New York and Fred (Christine) Campbell of Menands; siblings, Donald Fountaine, Martha (Sandy) Searleman, David (Helen) Fountaine and a brother-in-law Cliff Lewis; her grandchildren, Ashley (Jesse) Benoit, Brittany( Timothy) Washburn, Steven Sullivan, Jeremiah Campbell, Virginia Campbell and Emily( Zachary) Watkins; three great-grandchildren, Carter Joseph and Hunter Campbell Benoit and Dominic Watkins. Pat will also be fondly remembered by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

At Pat’s request there will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 15th at 11:00 am at St. Mary’s/St. Paul’s Church in Hudson Falls.

The Rite of Committal will follow at Union Cemetery in Fort Edward.

Her family suggests that memorial donations in her memory be made to The Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York, 3 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205-5523 or American Diabetes Association, Pine West Plaza Bldg, Suite 204, Washington Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12205 or the charity of one’s choice
