HUDSON FALLS – Mary C. (Bacon) Benson passed away peacefully with her family by her side at home and went into the arms of the Lord on September 26, 2015. She was 87.
Mary was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always put her family first. She will be remembered most for her unselfishness, her kind heart, her never ending smile and the endless love for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Mom, Gram, Narnie, Sister, was one of a kind.
Upon her request, there will be no services.
Arrangements are under the care of Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
I love the way she always said what was on her mind, not holding back anything. For 15 years or so she was my second mother so to speak. Mother in law. She had an impact on my life and I am greatfull for everything she did for me and her daughter Joanne while we were married. I have thought about her often over the years and was always amazed how she could be so unselfish. One of a kind for sure. Well remembered without a doubt.
