Marion E. Wilson

Wilson, MarionHUDSON FALLS – Marion E. Wilson, 95, formerly of Willow Street, went into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at The Home of The Good Shepherd in the town of Moreau.

Marion enjoyed walking, reading, music, gardening and her home. Her laugh and fun loving spirit made her a delight to be with.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Wilson Avery in 1989 and her brother, Rear Admiral Almon C. Wilson (Ret) in 2003. She dedicated herself to the care of a number of her relatives who passed away before her.

    To Marion’s Family,

I worked with Marion at the bank and was part of the lunch group. She was the sweetest lady and will be missed by many. We are in Florida and cannot be there, but we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Marion was such a nice lady. My mother would send me up to the bank just before closing time to pay on a loan that would be due by three o’clock that day. Marion May have even called to remind my pArents of the due payment,. She probably was already cashed out but always never minded my being there at three minutes to three. What a classy person.
She’s another one to be missed.
