HUDSON FALLS – Magdalena Hart, age 55, of Willow Street, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at her home with her loving husband, daughter, son in law and her granddaughter Brittanie beside her.
Born August 15, 1961, in Frankfurt, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Frieda (Wolfe) Schwarz.
She studied hairstyling in Germany before she moved to America in 1981.
Magdalena was a homemaker and a loving grandmother.
She enjoyed weaving, garage sales, puzzles, playing Uno and rummy, and taking long drives. She loved watching fireworks with her Husband. Decorating for the holidays was important to Magdalena.
She was predeceased by her niece, Nichole Holzlhammer.
Survivors include her husband, Louis Hart of Hudson Falls; her two daughters, Tina Chapman and her husband, Scott of Odessa, TX, and Jessica Girard and her husband, John of Hudson Falls; her son Bobby Walker and his wife, Hillary, who is serving with the U.S. Army; her step-children, Louis Hart, Jr. of Hudson Falls, Gabbrielle Snyder of Tupper Lake, Ryan Hart of Saranac Lake, Paige Hart of Saranac Lake, and David Hart of Saranac Lake; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her two brothers, Heinz Schwarz of Germany, and Wilhelm Schwarz of Germany; her sister Maria Holzlhammer of Germanys; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main St., Hudson Falls.
Magda, it has been a while since I have seen you, but I think of you and Louis often!! RIP, your a truly special person.
