Jeannette Margaret Mary (Bombard) Breault

Breault, Jeannette Breault, Jeannette 1HUDSON FALLS – Jeannette Margaret Mary (Bombard) Breault, 93, passed away peacefully at The Pines at Glens Falls, on Saturday, April 7, 2018.

Born on March 2, 1925, at her home at 81 River Street in Hudson Falls, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Quarters) Bombard.  Jeannette survived all the original Bombard and Breault family members.

She attended all her schooling at St. Paul’s Church and School in Hudson Falls.

In 1949, Jeannette married Theodore A. Breault, Sr.  He passed away in December of 1959.

In her younger years, Jeannette worked for Bromley’s Nursing Home in Fort Edward, where she was a nurse’s aide.

Jeannette was a communicant of St. Mary’s/St. Paul’s Church in Hudson Falls.   She was an avid reader, having read thousands of books during her life.   Jeannette especially loved reading Steven King and other mystery books.   She also enjoyed solving puzzle books and assembling puzzles.  Jeannette loved watching TV shows, including a good SiFi movie.   The center of her life was taking care of her home, family and pets.   She was a private person, who loved being home, watching tv and taking care of her animals.

Jeannette is survived by her four children, Melody Ann Breault and her companion, Ed of Hudson Falls, Theodore A. Breault, Jr. and his wife, Patty of Washington, Kane M. Breault of Hudson Falls and Terry L. Breault of South Glens Falls; six grandchildren, Steven Mattison and his wife, Karen, Debra Jean “DJ” Breault, Tory Deckert and her husband, Ron, Ashley Weaver and her husband, Scott, Justin Breault and his wife, Laura and Adam Lee Breault; several great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.

Funeral services will follow the calling hour on Tuesday, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Reverend Thomas Babiuch, Pastor of St. Mary’s/St. Paul’s Church in Hudson Falls, officiating.

The Rite of Committal will follow at Union Cemetery in the town of Fort Edward.
