Jackie and her family would like to thank Dr. Gillani and his nurse, Kathy, and the nurses and staff in the oncology department at CR Wood Cancer Center.   The family would also like to thank all the friends and family for their visits and support of Jackie through her illness.

A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at a later date.

Dear Dennis, years ago we worked together at Puritan Clothing. Late 70’s early 80’s. I remember Jackie coming in the store with Michelle in a carriage. Jackie was a beautiful and caring person. My heart goes out to you and your family. I will always remember the pink and turquoise pants she gave me. Just sharing a memory….my thoughts are with you…….., Maureen
