Frank O. Jump

JumpQUEENSBURY – Frank O. Jump, 53, of Queensbury passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 22, 2016, at Glens Falls Hospital with his loving wife at his side.

Born January 23, 1963, in Coxsackie, he was the son of the late Harold and Ruby (Stevens) Jump.

On August 22, 1998, he married Kimberly Barrett in Glens Falls.

Frank enjoyed duck hunting with his son, Kyle, camping, and the outdoors. He loved winter, camping with his family and bowling.  Frank was a fan of NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon.  He enjoyed dressing up at Halloween and was nicknamed, “The Grim Camper Reaper”.  Most importantly, Frank enjoyed attending his sons football games and hanging with his grandsons on the weekends.

Besides his parents, Frank was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Millett.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Kimberly Jump of Queensbury; his two sons, Kyle Matthew Jump of Queensbury and Keith Stewart of Queensbury; his daughter, Samantha Augusta and her husband, Matt of Queensbury; his two grandsons, Alexander and Jaxon Augusta; his sister, Donna LaMere and her husband, Frank of Coxsackie; and two nephews and their families. Frank is also survived by many close friends.

At Frank’s request, there will be no calling hours.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Frank may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300 Rockville, MD 20852.

Arrangements are under the direction of Carleton Funeral Home Inc., 68 Main Street, in Hudson Falls.
