Dot, my Gramma Dot even though she was my step father Gordon’s step mother she never treated me that way. She treated me like I was her own and I was closer to her then I had ever been with my biological grandparents? She was the sweetest lady I’ve ever known. She was funny, non judgmental, witty and loved unconditionally. I used to go to Earl towers often and visit with her until I moved away to the Midwest . I wish I could have spent more time with her. No matter if I talked to her on the phone or was leaving her house she always hugged me goodbye and said oh I love ya honey. I hope she knew what a big impact she had on my life. Heaven just received one of the best. I love you Gramma Dot.
