Bridgette Mary Kill

Kill BridgetteKINGSBURY – Bridgette Mary Kill, 56, of Kingsbury, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at the Glens Falls Hospital, after an outstanding battle with many different ailments.

Born on April 2, 1961, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Regina (Skellie) Kill.

Bridgette was proud that she graduated from Hudson Falls High School six months early.

She was a hard worker her entire life.   Bridgette started her career at Glens Falls Hospital Nutrition services, where she worked for 11 years.  She then began working in the printing industry, where she become a very skilled print shop employee at several Glens Falls area companies.

Her life’s pride and joy was giving birth to her son, Daniel Robert Kill.  As close as a sure thing, you could always count on Bridgette being with her partner in crime, Ceola Wells, for the past 38 years and her other special friends, Robin and Peggy.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her older sister, Dorothy Janet Kill.

She is survived by her loving son, Daniel Robert Kill of Kingsbury; her four brothers, Robert L. (Willene) Kill, Jr. of Oregon, Tony L. Kill of New Mexico, Kevin M. (Rebecca) Kill of Hudson Falls and Jeffrey S. Kill of Kingsbury; her aunt, whom she considered her sister, Diane (Tony) Skellie of West Virginia; her son’s father, Daniel Healey of Fort Ann; her beloved sister in law, Tina Kill of Fort Ann; her pride and joy, her boys, Jakoby Chad LaPlant and Killien Ryder LaPlant; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call on Thursday, January 4, 2018, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Bridgette’s memory may be sent to a charity on one’s choice.

    I worked with Bridgette many years at the hospital. Couldn’t ask for a nicer woman. I know that she suffered for many years but no longer. Bridgette the 👼 that she was is now in heaven resting peacefully. I am sorry for your your loss but grateful that she is out of pain. God be with at this time.
